The Nifty witnessed a range-bound session today. After a gap opening, Nifty plunged sharply towards the level of 25060, followed by a recovery and then consolidated in a range of 60 points throughout the day, hence closing flat at nearly 25100. At the same time, Bank Nifty also tumbled after opening and then consolidated for the whole day, hence closed negative by 0.37%.
